In this Episode, Philip and Elijah sit down to catch up and recap the Seattle Spartan Race. Elijah completed the Sprint listen in to see how he did there.

Also, Elijah delves deep into the concept of Heart Rate Variability and how you can use HRV to help govern daily workout selection. Also, what happens when you have low HRV from being sick and are forced to complete a Spartan Race.

Of course, Elijah goes into great detail about the race itself, the course and some of the results from the elite field in the NBC super.
